Cupcakes ni permintaan dari mes dari upsi, tg malim...tanda salam perpisahan dengan sahabat-sahabatnya yang tersayang...kursus mereka tamat la sudah..psst... ini le kek yang paling ekspress boxhousestudio buat gegara ada miss communication dengan cik adik manis lagi cantek ne....masa suruh buat sms guna no orang lain bila suruh sahkan sms tu jawab wrong number...aik...aleh-aleh pada hari selasa petang mes kal guna hp sendiri....katanya leh kami datang ambil petang ne...hah?...bla...bla...bla....akhirnya mes kata .....dia nak kul 9 malam ...boleh tak? ...dek kesian kat mes, boxhousestudio start kerjakan kek ni pukul 6.30 petang...lepas balik dari opis..kuss semangat ....mes..pas ni kan, ko jangan buat boxhoustudio camgini k ...semput boxhousestudio nanti... ...(nak bisik jap..pada dua orang maklang dan kepada nurul, if you are there ..boxhousestudio nak ucap terima kasih pada korang ...memudahan kita dapat berjumpa lagi... ..}

cupcakes yang seterusnya semalam siap ...gegara ada orang berkenan nak pattern cam mes ...tapi idak le pulak berfondant-fondant hati dan berhuruf begitu ya.. ok jom tengok hasil keras tangan boxhousestudio ne...orang sumer dah tidur..boxhousestudio terkedek-kedek kat dapur ..pekena nescafe o pekat sikit, tapi kurang manis 2 gelas..oooowwww ... nak tahu siapa tolong buatkan?..

HERSHEY'S "PERFECTLY CHOCOLATE" Chocolate Cake

Ingredients:
2 cups sugar
1-3/4 cups all-purpose flour
3/4 cup HERSHEY'S Cocoa
1-1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1-1/2 teaspoons baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
2 eggs
1 cup milk
1/2 cup vegetable oil
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 cup boiling water
"PERFECTLY CHOCOLATE" CHOCOLATE FROSTING(recipe follows)

Directions:
1. Heat oven to 350°F. Grease and flour two 9-inch round baking pans.
2. Stir together sugar, flour, cocoa, baking powder, baking soda and salt in large bowl. Add eggs, milk, oil and vanilla; beat on medium speed of mixer 2 minutes. Stir in boiling water (batter will be thin). Pour batter into prepared pans.
3. Bake 30 to 35 minutes or until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool 10 minutes; remove from pans to wire racks. Cool completely. Frost with "PERFECTLY CHOCOLATE" CHOCOLATE FROSTING. 10 to 12 servings.

VARIATIONS:
ONE-PAN CAKE: Grease and flour 13x9x2-inch baking pan. Heat oven to 350° F. Pour batter into prepared pan. Bake 35 to 40 minutes. Cool completely. Frost.

THREE LAYER CAKE: Grease and flour three 8-inch round baking pans. Heat oven to 350°F. Pour batter into prepared pans. Bake 30 to 35 minutes. Cool 10 minutes; remove from pans to wire racks. Cool completely. Frost.

BUNDT CAKE: Grease and flour 12-cup Bundt pan. Heat oven to 350°F. Pour batter into prepared pan. Bake 50 to 55 minutes. Cool 15 minutes; remove from pan to wire rack. Cool completely. Frost.

CUPCAKES: Line muffin cups (2-1/2 inches in diameter) with paper bake cups. Heat oven to 350°F. Fill cups 2/3 full with batter. Bake 22 to 25 minutes. Cool completely. Frost. About 30 cupcakes.


"PERFECTLY CHOCOLATE" CHOCOLATE FROSTING
(boxhousestudio guna resepi yang lagi satu dari resepi wilton)

1/2 cup (1 stick) butter or margarine
2/3 cup HERSHEY'S Cocoa
3 cups powdered sugar
1/3 cup milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Melt butter. Stir in cocoa. Alternately add powdered sugar and milk, beating to spreading consistency. Add small amount additional milk, if needed. Stir in vanilla. About 2 cups frosting.

Ingredients:
1/2 cup solid vegetable shortening
1/2 cup (1 stick) butter or margarine, softened
3/4 cup cocoa or three 1 oz. unsweetened chocolate squares, melted
1 teaspoon clear vanilla extract
4 cups sifted confectioners' sugar (approximately 1 lb.)
3-4 tablespoons milk
Makes: About 3 cups of icing.

Instructions :
Stiff Consistency: In large bowl, cream shortening and butter with electric mixer. Add cocoa and vanilla. Gradually add sugar, one cup at a time, beating well on medium speed. Scrape sides and bottom of bowl often. When all sugar has been mixed in, icing will appear dry. Add milk and beat at medium speed until light and fluffy. Keep bowl covered with a damp cloth until ready to use. For best results, keep icing bowl in refrigerator when not in use. Refrigerated in an airtight container, this icing can be stored 2 weeks. Rewhip before using.
