CARROT COCONUT CUPCAKES

Bahan-Bahan

4 biji telur (asingkan)
1 ½ cup vegetable oil
140g gula halus
120g brown sugar
1 3/4 cup parutan lobak

ayak bersama
250g tepung kek / gandum
1tsp cinnamon powder
1 ½ tsp baking soda
1tsp garam

50g serbuk badam
50g kelapa kering
Cara Memasak

Gunakan hand whisk sahaja, pukul kuning telur sekejap, masukkan gula , pukul lagi , masukkan minyak, carrot, pukul sampai sebati

Masukkan bahan-bahan kering yg diayak tadi.

Gunakan mixer, pukul putih telur sampai kembang dan ringan. Kaup dan kacau dalam adunan tadi

Masukkan dalam paper cup, bakar selama 20 min suhu 180’(bergantung pada oven masing-masing)

topping:
250g cream cheese
2tbsp butter
1/4 cup icing sugar
Cadangan Masakan
topping:
250g cream cheese
2tbsp butter
1/4 cup icing sugar

pukul semua bahan sampai ringan, sapukan atas cupcakes, dan tabur dgn kelapa kering
Saiz Hidangan
25 to 30 pcs size s soufle cups
